Roughly how many. Annual volume changes the process, the tooling and the price more than anything else on this list.
What it does. Load, environment, whether it is structural or cosmetic.
Alloy, if you know it. If you do not, we will recommend one.
What it needs to be machined to. Critical dimensions and tolerances.
When you need it. Including whether this is a prototype or a production programme.

What happens next
- We read it. Our team reviews your enquiry and comes back if anything is unclear.
- Engineering assesses the part. We confirm the manufacturing route and flag anything in the geometry that needs changing.
- We quote. Or, if the part is not right for our processes, we tell you that instead.
